Because IndexInstantly is a credit-based digital service, fees are generally non-refundable once credits are issued or consumed. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which we may offer a refund.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed in advance for each cycle. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. We do not generally provide partial refunds for unused time in a cycle.

3. Credit top-ups

One-time credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where credits were not delivered due to an error on our side.

4. Eligible cases

• Duplicate charges or billing errors attributable to us.
• Credits that were paid for but never delivered to your account.
• Cases where a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Non-eligible cases

• Credits that have already been consumed by submissions.
• Dissatisfaction with indexing outcomes — search engines, not IndexInstantly, decide whether a URL is indexed.
• Change of mind after credits have been issued or used.

6. How to request

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your account email, invoice number, and a description of the issue. We may ask for additional detail to verify the request.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
